experiential and creative learning to deliver soft-skills training for corporate

We specialize in creative programs rooted in applied improvisational theatre, devised theatre and music—designed to build skills for leadership, intercultural communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. Our programs are immersive, energizing, and deeply human.

Lilian Shen is the Founder, Corporate Facilitator, and Executive Coach at
Curated Consulting LLC, where she merges creativity and corporate expertise to transform how teams communicate, lead, and collaborate.
Born in the UK and having worked across China, the US, Singapore, and
beyond, Lilian brings a global perspective to her practice. With academic roots in Finance (B.B.A.) and Environmental Science (B.A.), she transitioned from a successful career in M&A cross-border investment banking to become a sought-after corporate trainer, facilitator and executive coach.
Drawing on over a decade of experience in applied improvisation, corporate simulations, and experiential learning, Lilian helps organizations develop trainings that really resonate.
Lilian has partnered with dozens of Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations, delivering creative, experiential learning programs that drive real business impact.
Lilian was a founding member of China’s first professional improv troupe,
Kaixin Mahua, and has performed, taught, and trained internationally—in
China, Southeast Asia, Chicago, and now Las Vegas. She was trained in improve at Chicago’s renowned iO Theatre, Annoyance Theatre, and Second City; as well as certified in Devised Theatre with Cambridge University enriching her dynamic, arts-based approach to corporate learning.

collaboration in action.
Mark Skinner (He/Him)
Corporate Facilitator, Executive Coach, Intercultural & Public Speaking Coach

Mark Skinner is a versatile corporate facilitator and executive coach who
specializes in intercultural communication and public speaking. Holding B.A.s in History, Spanish (translation and interpretation), and International Relations, along with a Master’s in Applied Linguistics, Mark brings deep expertise in language, culture, and communication to his training programs.
Mark has lived, studied, and worked across the US, Colombia, Chile, and
Mainland China. His broad global experience fuels his passion for fostering
meaningful intercultural collaboration and empowering teams to communicate confidently across cultures.
With over 20 years in education and corporate training, Mark has designed and delivered more than 100 workshops and coaching sessions for audiences ranging from schools and universities to small businesses and multinational corporations. His approach emphasizes practical, culturally engaging learning that drives real personal and organizational growth.
In addition to his facilitation work, Mark is an accomplished improviser and
musician. He has spent over a decade performing and teaching applied
improvisation, and currently serves as Musical Director for Las Vegas’ premier musical puppet improv troupe—bringing energy, creativity, and playfulness to his corporate programs.
At Curated Consulting, Mark blends experiential learning, intercultural insight, and creative expression to help clients embody confident communication, authentic leadership, and collaborative success in today’s complex global workplaces.
